Is it okay to do the Push and pull exersises in an superset or should they be done seperatly?
I like to keep things apart and do one thing at a time, like in the workout program (y)

I didn't quite understand your question, if you meant do all the push exercises without break and then rest, then do the pull exercises: Rest between sets/exercises helps recovery for the next series of movements, so I think you will have a better workout if you follow the rest time..
