Okay so it's about my friend again, he doesn't understand English so that's why I'm asking :) ..
Whenever he's doing pull ups, he says that he doesn't feel it in the lats. My idea is that his muscles are getting used to the exercise, or he might not be doing full ROM (all the way up, all the way down), or lastly he isn't retracting his shoulder blades.. I don't have any other ideas of what could cause it. If anyone could answer, thanks! :)
I had a problem with pull ups that i couldnt retract my shoulder blades and the bottum part was impossible to me. And here i am doing 10 pull ups and lvl 11.
Just say Fontoura friend keep tryng and do the pull ups from a dead hang every time
