I HAVE STRAIN MY WRIST DUE TO AT WORK WHERE MY HAND PUSH SO HARD ON THE PRODUCT THAT WAS HEAVY WHICH CAUSE MY WRIST STRAIN ON 2014; BEEN SEEING PHYSIO ETC ETC
I AM CURRENTLY SEEING PYHSIO AS MY WRIST IS NORMAL BUT WHEN I DID AUSTRALIAN PULL UP FOR THREE SET 6 reps hurt my wrist a bit. The area of my wrist is hurt which triangular fibrocartilage. If I do push up I would have to use my fist.
Physio said that right shoulder back are stiff and weakening my arms and wrist as I need to excercise to stregenten my arm and wrist. I really want to do the program as I don't my wrist stopping me to do it. I have to test myself again and studying which position workout that hurt my wrist.
Anyone had a wrist issue before? Any advice please?
I am beginner so I want to start the program. Is there a good result of after 15 workout program?
