Yes, I did their program too and it is much different. it’s more like a different Style of Training. I like both! On ThenX you do Circle training and it’s really intense and it doesn’t last longer than 1 hour. They also have weighted programs and technique guides and update regularly. Christians program never gets updated which kind of triggers me a lot because I’ve been a huge fan for a long time but he doesn’t do anything with his website here anymore :( Too sad 😞 but his program is also really cool and also such a interesting type of training. I can to minimum of level 22 do I have to do Max sets and reps to move to 23 or minimum is enough to move

Hey when you said 6 months journey did u do only beginner program for 6 months or u jump to intermediate then advance that included 6 months.
