Chris, what kind of carbs do you recommend? Do you ever eat whole grain noodles?
I would like to respond as well. There are complex carbs and simple carbs. Simple carbs are those found in fruits and vegetables mainly. Complex carbs are those found milk, whole grain breads, oats, beans, and rice. Your calorie intake should be around 50% carbs. You should eat about 3 fruits and 3 vegetables per day. Hope I helped!!! fine answer. Personally I would advise you to eat a little more than 3 fruits a day, but that depends on what youre trying to achieve, gain weight or whatever. But look out for my nutrition Guide - its in production :)
