I have been working out for a phew months now and I've recently a member of this website and I'm thinking is the workout program worth it
What do you mean? How many months? Have you been eating correctly? Let us is on your thoughts.

He is probably asking if the workout program is worth it.. Definitely, even if you already worked out, there's many things that you will learn that you might have not known. This program helped me from being able to do 4-6 pull ups at the start, up to 15 as my max, and I have it for 2 months, I learnt the muscle up and pistol squats as well as I'm learning other harder exercises. And you will probably have this program for a few years, you won't go to lvl 30 in like 3-4 months.
