I'm doing the full body workout program and I need help in what I should and shouldn't be eating and drinking. Can somebody help me
Should:
-Lots of water;
-Different kinds of meat, fish;
-Eggs;
-Fruits, vegetables;
-Healthy and balanced in general;
-Eat more protein, more food/calories in general for muscle;
-Eat in a caloric deficit for fat loss, but eat protein to maintain muscle;
-Do your best to eat healthier foods.
Shouldn't:
-Drink a lot of soda (or in other words lower your soda intake, a lot of sugar there);
-Eat a lot of sugar (lower your additional sugar intake in general, but not directly stop, because you might go back to it);
-Eat a lot of fast food fast food.. Do your best on lowering that as well;
-Count calories (really your own option, I prefer not to, a bit too complicated);
-Count macronutrients (same as the calorie one, you can if it's easy for u);
-Make too drastic changes too fast, your body won't get used and you'll go back to your old habits.
-Have too low of a caloric intake for losing fat, won't get you anywhere, you will feel tired and lose muscle mass.
That's just my opinion, nutrition program from Chris is coming soon. Good luck! :)
