Under your Level exercises there's a column "Reps/Time" can you please clarify.
Example Level 1, Exercise: Pull up negatives, Reps / Time 1 - 4. Does that mean we do 1 - 4 reps, in 1-4 minutes?
That depends, sometimes it's reps which will say 1-4, some people can do 1 rep (minimum to complete an exercise), others can do 4 (maximum reps). When there is 20-60 sec. then it's time. For the pull up negatives, do the rep until it starts to hurt a bit and then go down, back up for another rep and so on...
