Hey. In the last week every time i finish the leg and core part in the program i suffer from pain in my left knee in the bottom part.
But after yesterday's workout it started to heart me a lot also after the workout and until now(i am currently on lvl 18 and i think its because the pistol squats ) so if any body have a suggestion that could help me it will be great.
Have you tried correcting you form. But then again . Squats and all tht is bad for your knees .
In my ears, it sounds like you have to focus a lot more on getting a better form, rather than just rushing the levels. What I do to learn absolutely proper form and better flexibility is that I go to a lower bar (just below knee height) and then I use that to adjust my balance when doing the workout for Pistol Squats, so you get that proper form, just put your hands under the bar, not around it, so you don't pull but only use it for balance.
