Im about to start the workout routine from february, and I have been wondering about a few things:
1: Is there any specific requirement ex - you should be able to do 20 pull ups or 40 dips or something like that?
2: Can you switch the routnines? Im thinking if I have to do the muscleup part in chest/tricep routine after the bicep routine im not able to do it, so is it possible to switch those to.
3: How long would you recommend doing the program? im thinking of doing it for a month or two maybe and then combine/change with other exercises.
Anyway Im looking forward to start the program and feel the results :)
Just do the program as it's written. The program is designed for you to give your best and improve as soon as possible. Working all your muscles every second day. I don't think you should change anything until you talk to Chris and he'll tell you what you can do. I think you should do the program till level thirty..........that means finish it. Why would you buy a program and change it up? It loses its real value. Anyway, wait for Chris to respond, and meanwhile do the program as it is. BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE!!!! If you by "the workout routine from february" mean the full body workout program then 1: no there is no requirement to how strong you must be. It's for all levels!
2: Yes you can switch things, but as Daniel said, I've designed it for your advantage, so there's a reason for the order of exercises etc
3: As you can see in the explaining video, the workout program can be used for years actually. That's how it's designed. Thanks!
