Last month i was working out alot... going beast mode. I atchieved the muscle up(i m level11) and im no more motivated. I cant go beast mode and i keep failing ones in a wille. Help pls!
First congratulations on getting the muscle up, you should really feel proud for achieving it, it's a very tough exercise.
When I don't feel motivated, pretty obviously, I watch Bar Brothers videos and listen to music that pumps me up. If that doesn't help then I either try to push and workout but it doesn't really work that way, you must have your mindset in beating the level where as when you're demotivated you're probably like Meh..
If something has been happening in your life, maybe you broke up with your girl or something (I hope nothing like that happened though), it's okay to be demotivated, or if you have been just thinking about your future and feel demotivated, you can take a little rest and train your mind to get back to where it was, that strong mindset.
I usually tell myself some stuff like "Remember why you started", but if you're mentally broken down just take rest till you feel better, don't try to push it because as you said you keep failing them and it makes you feel stressed.

Yea man, it's most important to remember the reason you even achieved a muscle up. Remember and remind yourself every day. Watching BarBrothers motivation and other motivational videos also may help. But the key here is to believe in yourself. If you believe that you can do it, you already have. You don't have to prove anything to anybody, anybody in here or at your house, school, work, etc. You need to prove it to yourself. That way, there's no fear of failure. You are who you decide to be. Don't give a crap about anyone else but your goal. BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE!!! BarBrothers ALL DAY EVERYDAY!!! Salute!!!
