I have started my journey in becoming a calisthenics beast with this program. I have a few questions...What are good alternatives for Australian pull ups and crunches? And I feel that my core does not feel as much burn as my other body does. How can I really get my abs to work out? Thanks
The more you practice, the better you will be at gaining the most of your effort. Its really a matter of mind to muscle. You have to really flex and tighten your core when you do crunches. Not just go up and down, but do it slow and focused. I will make a video about it next week "The importance of Mind to muscle!" :)
