What is a good workout to start your day back at the gym? I want to begin the program again but not today. I would like a good workout to get my body back to mode. Any suggestions?

Thanks Bro. Well, I am still recovering from the third degree sprain I suffered. I got up to level 13. But I'll be back tough, better and tougher because of it.
