Hey brothers! I'm looking for tips on the typewriter pull-ups. That is the main problem I have with Level 12. Maybe give me some progressions and form tips. Also, the lower back raises and holds are really painful for me. They give me a headache for whatever reason and they also knock the wind out of my stomach. If this is normal then whatever, but if not, I would like to figure out what I am doing wrong. Thanks brothers!

Salute!

Use a resistance band and improve the form, that will help you later.

Okay I'll stick with that. I'm also going to push my pull up static hold. I think that may help as well.

Okay, I just don't want to over work my shoulders. But what exercises did you do? I'll try em out!

I did a lot of exercises , but the best was handstand push ups. I used to do Pike push ups too , when i couldnt do the handstand push ups , both helped me a lot.
