Hey brothers! I'm looking for tips on the typewriter pull-ups. That is the main problem I have with Level 12. Maybe give me some progressions and form tips. Also, the lower back raises and holds are really painful for me. They give me a headache for whatever reason and they also knock the wind out of my stomach. If this is normal then whatever, but if not, I would like to figure out what I am doing wrong. Thanks brothers!
