we all know about the lat muscle.
but above it we normaly think that there is a thing called the upper lat.
however what we think is the upper lat is actually a muscle called the teres major.
this is one of the primary back muscles that give you the so called V-taper look to your back
i have dominant lat on my right side. i am currently evening then out with one arm rows
how ever i cant seem to see the teres major on my left side.
i can see it just fine on my right,..... is this because i dont have any teres major muscles on my left?
or am i just not flexing it right to make it visible??
if the issue is me not properly knowing how to flex my teres major on the left..., well thank god......
but if its really a teres M imbalance..... i need some serious advice..
i dont need another back muscle imbalance.
i can't take it..........TT
.please help!!>>
Its all about the posture balance. I do too have unequal muscle growth but for future workouts , try as much as possible to balance out the non dominant side which normally have lesser strength and power. Hope this helps :)
