Guys im a bit confused on the rest time. Lets say it says 4 sets and the Rest time is 120 sec. Does that mean 1 set,120 seconds rest then next set or does it mean do all 4 sets and then 120 sec rest time?

It's very simple. Think about it like this: If you had to do 4 sets without rest in between, it wouldn't be 4 sets - it would just be one long set. You know what I mean? That means yes - the rest time is between sets. Rest as you feel like between exercises, but max 3-7 minutes i'd say :) Hope that helped!

The first is right. Do one set 120 sec rest then the next set 120 sec rest and so on.
