Is it a good idea to be doing cardio on rest Days? I won't run every rest day, but I would like to try to get into more cardio. I just don't know when to fit it in without breaking down my body.
Well, the truth is that your body needs to rest, but some bodies are more resistant then others. I do cardio on rest day, and I feel pretty good; but if your going to do cardio, make sure you don't push yourself too much. I mean, it is your "rest" day. Hope I helped! BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE!!!
