Chris do you eat sweets once a month or something like that or you dont eat at all?
I think sweets should be reduced a lot for people having fat loss problems, I mean losing fat all comes down to calorie deficit but sweets tend to have a lot of calories and sugar, which also might give diabetes and stuff. But I'd say even fat people can eat them once a month, and if you're already lean, you can maybe (not sure on this, but maybe) eat them once a week.
