Hey Chris I've been working a lot on my handstand lately, I can kick up and hold it for around 10-15 seconds. I was wondering if going from a frog stand or tuck planche to hanstand is harder than kicking up. Would you mind making a tutorial on how to press up from a frog stand or tuck planche to a handstand please?

Thanks so much Chris, is it easy to balance once you press up from the frog stand because you don't have to kick up? I tried pressing up from the frog stand once and I ate shit. Lol.

Their great I completed the program, I'm just waiting for Chris to release the extended program. But until then I'm working on the last five levels because those are still really challenging.
