Hi I have problem with this exercise. I can´t do this. Muscle ups is no problem, but front lever is very hard for me. Please some alternative exercise?? Please any advice or recommendation.
An advice is that you grab the bar very thight and turn your wrist inwards. I can't explain it well, but i can give you a link to the front lever tutorial that really helped my with my front lever. Here is the link:
. Also for front lever raises you can use band that makes it alot easier. Hope that helped. Salute!
