Lately I have been going low with my complex carbs.
morning: oatmeal with strawberries and a banana, also 2 pieces of chicken
snack: protein shake and a clementine
lunch: 2 pieces of chicken, avocado, banana
snack: 2 whole grain plain waffles nothing on them but cinnamon, plant based protein shake
dinner: vegetables, 1/2 pound of beef or 2 pieces of chicken, maybe low fat cheese and oatmeal with strawberries
I have found doing this routine make me less blooded and shows abs/core a lot better.
any insight on this diet?
