I got a question about the position of the thumb while try doing muscle ups. I think its a lot easier to do muscle ups when i put the thumb over the bar instead of under the bar. Is it important to put the thumb over the bar or doesn't it matters.

I would advice you to do the muscle up with thumbs under it, because with this way you can get a better grip, but when it works for you better with thumbs over you can do it like this way. Salute!
