How to move from a level to another level

I mean can we move from one level to another just by doing the minimum sets and reps
Or I have to do the max sets and reps that the program says??

In the program theres already a video explaining how the level works, but its up to you of course. You can cycle between 3 levels and progress to the next level whenever you feel ready.

But please watch the video explaining the levels with the schedule example! :)
