Chris bro as you said to do technical stuff first
I do 10 minutes of warmup and 30 minutes of technical stuff and your level takes 2.5 hours to finish and after that stretching and all (post workout)
In total it takes 3and half hour is it overtraining or its normal ? How much time do you workout??
Try to cut it down to 3 hours max :)
2-3 hours is fine.
