I've gained about 25 pounds since I started. I'm an ecto-mesomorph so obviously that weight came from aging and from muscle mass. If you buy the program and you truly push your self, eat *mostly* healthy things with protein, you stay consistent, and you stay patient, you WILL make progress. If you don't buy this program and you find your own way of getting stronger, just make you you are doing the right exercises with proper form and that you also stay consistent with that.
