So, I have been bulking for some time now and even though I havn't gotten the expected results, my results are still there and visible, however, now I will soon start cutting and slim down, so all this fat (make it sound worse than it is xD) can go to hell. I wonder however, should I keep doing my normal workouts (the levels) and some cardio/Fat-burn on the side, or should I put my main focus in to the cardio and stuff like that?
Usually I have the answers for you guys, so I hope to get some help from you guys here, because this is where my lack of knowledge is.
Keep doing the levels bro, don't slow down now! I recommend doing cardio every second day, your "rest day". It has worked for me, and now I hope it works for you. Wait for Chris's answer before doing anything though. BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE!!! BarBrothers ALL DAY EVERYDAY!!! Salute!!!
