Chris, last day i played football and i get injuried at shoulder and today i tried to train but i can't do dips because my shoulder hurts, i'm current at level 5 and my questions are :
1. I should get a break until I'm good, right ?
2. When I get back, i will continue from level 5 ? I know that I can complete it without problems.
1. Yes. Rest until the pain is gone.
2. Yes, continue with the level you feel comfortable with yourself. :)
