Whenever I do Australian pull ups the inside of me elbows always crack and feel wierd. My feet also start to slip after a few reps

I'm not sure if I understood you well but try to warm up properly your elbows (for example 3-5 warm up exercises) and try again but again: I'm not sure if I understood you well
That's a good answer but it most commonly occurs if your a beginner. Your joints and ligaments are getting stronger and are getting used to those exercises.

Just train hard and make sure you warm up! Stop if there is pain and then continue, it will go away later.
