How is the best way to do tiger bend push up to progress in doing muscle ups. Would I have to do sets and reps on my rest day or not.

Yes. If you follow the workout program they are also in that. You can also just switch out one of the push exercises in your routine with tiger bend push ups (y)
Its better when you do this exercise on your workout days, because your muscles should recover on your rest day.

Hahaha, lol. Not trying to be mean or anything, really; but it shows over time just all your other muscles will. Hard work, dedication, and time.

Chris how many sets and reps of tiger bend push ups should I do in my workout for best results? Right now I'm doing 3 sets of 10 reps. Is it enough or should I increase amount of reps to master the muscle ups?
