Hey Chris, I have watched your Frontlever tutorial, I had one question I can do full Frontlever raises around 6-8 but I can't hold the Full Frontlever, any advice

An advice i can give you and really helped me with my front lever is that you have to squeeze the bar and turn your wrists outwards, because with that all your muscles will be activated and help you to be in a straight line. Also you can practice front lever holds with a resistance band that helps too. Hope i could help you :) Salute!
