What do you guys eat post workout for quick protein, fat and carbs? Usually i'd get myself a shake but since dairy is the main cause of my acne I have to cut it out of my diet completely and need to find a replacement.
I eat a banana and some slices of ham or turkey.

You can eat a banana and oats, but you want to give your body protein, so I'm sure you can figure it out.
There's like 13 grams of protein in 100g oats. Or more. Or just a can of tuna, there's like 30+ grams of protein.
A can of tuna would do nicely.
I eat scrambled eggs + sandwiches with white cheese and some vegetables + banana
