I am about to start the full body program and was wondering why there wasn't any cardio in the program? As an ectomorph do I not need to do any cardio to gain lean muscle?
No you dont, I am an ectomorph and honestly staying lean was the least of my concerns when working out, if you do cardio you will burn more calories and if you dont eat enough you could possibly lose muscle.
