I can knockout 10 pullups in a set but i feel like im swinging forward when doing pullups, is that a problem? Im not gaining momentum from my swing, its just on the way down of the pullup my legs are a bit forward and i swing back.
Thanks

Well if you're not swinging back and forth like in the crossfit then I guess it's not a problem :)
Haha no its not that much swing, its just when i pull up to the bar, my legs kind of go forward 30-45 degrees, then when going down my legs go back down to a straight body which kind of adds a bit of swing. I dont get this problem tho when doing really wide pullups
I guess it's ok for now, though.
It is not a problem, per say... but it is incorrect form, so try to improve that and hold your legs behind you (fold them up behind you, as if you are kicking your self in the butt) and then focus on pushing your chest forward, I can't explain it too well here, but Chris actually explains it pretty well in his pull-up or wide pull-up videos, do not recall which one, but yes.
okay thank you!
