Chris what resistance had your resistance band? I'm going to buy one and I wanted to know what resistance would be the best do I can make push ups harder but at the same time the band wouldn't take bigger part than me in practicing the muscle up etc.

no clue sorry, got it from a friend. But it's purple haha, It's usually the next-lightest band

Haha ok. Nevertheless thanks. I found on internet a resistance band that has 8-12 kg resistance. It's second the lightest and also purple haha
