Hey guys i'm using the program for about 4 month and it being great! Vir at lvl 11 i cant get the chin ups that i need, in the around the clocks i can do the 8 reps on the first 3 sets but when i get to the chin ups i can only do 10-8-6-5 reps. I am in this lvl for about a month should i do chin up every day like crush for about a week or two? Going back two levels is not working for me to progress.
Just keep workin hard bro!!! You've been in this for four months! I'm sure you'll get them, just have patience stay determined, and never give up!!! However, I wouldn't know if you should practice chin-ups like you said, wait for Chris's answer.
How do you know going back 2 levels is not working? That's how I designed the program. One thing that usually doesn't work is doing the same level every workout - you need to vary every workout :) It's not good to do chin ups every day, you could get injured, + your muscle needs 48 hours to rest in order to rebuild stronger.
Like Daniel says, just keep going. You grow stronger all the time!
