Hey Chris, would you recommend training with rings? And if yes, at what strength level should i start? (Like how many pullups/dips etc should i be able to do before i switch from bar to rings)

Well I'm not Chris but I think I can help you a bit. You can for example do push ups with rings. They are very good for forearms and something else. On YouTube DominikSky shows many push ups variations on rings so I would recommend you to watch this :)

never used them myself but i'm sure they can be great!
There is no specific level to when to start. Many exercises are easier in rings most people think :)
