Hey Chris, how's it been, I love your new videos of just being a real down to earth guy but I didn't think you'd almost completely abandon this forum, and I still appreciate that you gave me the tank-top, thanks a lot for that. Either way I hope that you can answer me or someone else can help me. So I was injured for about 5 months I stopped working out, now I'm trying to get back but when I do pull ups/hold a retracted scapula position on the pull up bar, my right lat-rear shoulder-teres muscle seems to strain every time. I have tried to workout 6 times and I've only had 2 workouts without experiencing pain, and I've had this too back when I was working out but it just ended after a day.
I haven't abandonded this forum at all ! :)
This is something that I can't really advise about. I'd suggest you guy see a phycisian and hear what he/she says.

Oh good to see you Chris! Well okay I thought someone else had experienced it and fixed it. I will try to fix it myself one more time before checking it. A few months ago I visited this forum but it had like 30 threads without any replies I thought it's completely abandoned.
