Any having lower back pain when doing Dragon flags? Or learning Dragon flags, I just want to know who actually uses arch lower back form instead of straight lower back form which a lot of people use...
I mean any one
It's normal for many to experience back pain during dragonflags/flys.
I'd recommend you to not arch your back too much, and also progress slowly. even though you may have the strength to perform the exercise, doesn't mean your body is ready for it yet. Do some easier progressions to go further without pain, and go visit a physician :)

For this movement I want my upper body line to be straight the whole time which will end up causing an arched lower back, so I'm just doing negative dragon flag after just do one leg out dragon flag with the tucked leg almost fully extended XD so very close
