How much do you weigh in pounds? Multiply that by 1.5 and that's the amount of grams of protein to be eating throughout the day. Make sure you eat a big breakfast and dinner that contains mostly protein, and of course carbs. That's what I say would work, I could be wrong though, wait for Chris's answer!!

Eat the same as when you are working out, then you will definitely not lose weight and muscle, but you might gain a bit.
Daniel - the 1,5 g pr kg bodyweight is not the best rule I think. Personally I go for a 2,6 g pr kg bodyweight and some studies even show up to 3,5 (thats too much in my opinion)
