I have a problem with the exercise lower back raises, because i don't have neither a bench like in your explaining video at the park in there i workout nor at home. So can i replace this exercise with another exercise that is also good for the lower back? I know my english isnt good but i hope you can understand my question. Salute!
Try lower back crunches and hold. You can also try your bed as the bench.
