What should i do on rest days?? i know a lot of people will say rest.. but im thinking about doing active rest days, to maximize lean gains. im lean bulking and doing IF :).
Do you know when your body is building your muscle? On your rest days actually. So if you don't let your body rest, it is likely to harm your gains, and it can cause injuries.
Unless youre training splits of course since then you are focusing on different muscle groups. But if you train full body and use my workout program for instance, then you should definitely rest.
Can I do cardio on rest days tough? I don't do anything hard or intense. I just play basketball for about an hour and that's it.
ofc, if rcolareta meant cardio as well, yes you can do that. But it becomes harder to bulk then, I mean you really have to eat a lot (y)
