Hi, I just joined Bar Brothers and I was wondering if you could post some more workout routines, I have the VHX app, but I feel like it could help if there was an infographic to show the workout routines. It's just an idea I had in mind. I'be also been training for 8 weeks now so I feel like I'm starting to make that transition from beginner to intermediate so I would like to know how I can make that transition because I would want to do more than just regular push-ups.
