Hey, what do you do when you fail a level? do you repeat it until you complete it ? or do you go back a few levels? thanks
A few levels back because you want to gain strength in order to do the actual level, and also to mix up exercises/workouts, you don't want to be doing the same thing over and over again (with failing), not only it won't work your muscles as much (they will get used to it, in the bad way not in the good way), but it will make you frustrated of failing it.. That's just my opinion.
