You have probably made a video on the Nutrition guide, but I just wanted to ask you Chris, how important is the meal after finishing our workouts. Sometimes I don't feel like eating after working out because strangely enough I feel full, I've heard it uses your muscles protein for energy..
Well after a workout your body can very well use the proteins and carbs you eat to rebuild muscles and it's good to eat some high protein meal so your body can start regeneration (it's best to eat up to an hour after workout)
