How should i do a reverse plank? I can't find it on the workout program.
I couldn't find it either. But I know how you do it. Imagine that you are in a push-up position about to start doing push-ups, your arms are extended and your back is straight. Reverse plank is the same thing only backwards, instead of facing downwards, you are facing upwards and your arms are still extended behind you holding your back straight. Like doing bench dips on the ground. Search for reverse plank on the web and click pictures, that should help you out. Keep it up man!!! BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE!!! BarBrothers ALL DAY EVERYDAY!!!
