So I'm just getting back from a 2 week vacation and I took off 2 weeks of working out. (First time giving myself a week break like this) My workout usually goes push/pull workouts one day then the next day core/cardio*/legs. That way my arms get rest when doing core and my core gets rest while doing arms (split routine). My question is I notice that you take a week off every month if I'm correct? during that week do you eat the same? On my last few days of vaca I avoided my diet and had cheat days. And i mean really cheat days lol. But luckily im an ecotmorph and my digestive system is fast/good ( Its very hard to gain weight for me) I usually never give myself cheat days/meals, probably like 8-10 times a year. How often can i cheat and how often do you cheat?

i think chris takes a week every 4rth month... so the muscles rest a little, i do it every 4rth month too, what i do is to eat on a maintence, or if i know that im just going to be on my bed and watch netflix, i like to eat on a deficit, so i make sure im not winning any extra fat, im ectomorph too so i can tell you, i take 2 weeks off and muscle is gone, abs too, but after 1-2 weeks of training ( 1 week of deficit and then start lean bulking) i always lose body fat and gain muscle ( for the first couple of weeks of course)
