Strength Improvement
You should test yourself from time to time like you know a few months ago you could maybe do 3 pull ups, now you can maybe do 10 = you've gotten stronger.
But you should know naturally as you learn more advanced moves etc. I've never been in doubt about whether I was becoming stronger or not. If you are becoming stronger you're not in doubt :)
