So, I have been doing the full body program for about a month or so. Currently on level 8. Today, I did for the first time the level 8, I completed everything but wasn't quite satisfied of my performance in the push exercises. I was wondering, if I want to improve these exercises, what is the fastest way to do it. Do I redo this level over and over until I'm satisfied? Do I only work on my push exercises everyday until I get strong enough? Thanks you! :)
Don't do the same routine every workout, that won't get you far.
Best is to go a few levels back and build up again as I advise in the explaining video :)
