Chris after about 2 weeks when i start a new workout routine i stop feeling that pump should i change it or keep doing it for about 1 month.Or just change the exersices?

I am pushing to the max for example chest routine:12 wide,12 diamond,8 regular,7 russian pushups, and max wide pushups.3 sets.I am pushing max but after 2 weeks i am not felling the pump!My muscles get used to it.Should i change the whole routine or just increase the reps?

You can do both, or one of them. Although I would never do the same routine every workout, your body quickly gets too used to do it. You should consider getting my workout program (Y)

I am changing it every 3-4 weeks but now i will increase reps instead of changing the whole routine every time!I am really thinking about getting your program!So i can watch new routines all the time! Salute from cyprus!!And you are a beast man dont listen to those who comment negative shit!
Hahahaha!!! Lol, yeah Chris, you're the man. How do I explain to all those haters that you don't take any supplements or anything? Also, what do you think about my profile pic after working out for five-six months(I started December but didn't workout one month total thanks to injuries and sickness.)
