Hello brothers! I thought that it'll be nice i make a journey, and here i am :) !
I've started 2 days ago full body workout at gym. I tried to compete level 4, but I failed it was too hard. Instead of go level down I've tried level 4 again today and.. failed again.. I regret that I didn't tried level 3 instead, but I've learned from my own mistakes now. It's rest day tomorrow and I will try level 3 on next Monday! My goal is of course level 30! I need to fix the way how I eat for better results, but I'll start a diet really soon.
I'll try to make update here every second day ;)
Hey bro, good choice on starting calisthenics, this program grants you results definitely!
You don't exactly have to go on a diet, just start to adapt your body slowly but surely to healthier & better choices, start off by cutting on the sugar (the unhealthy sugar or additional sugar, not the one in fruits) a bit by a bit, not directly to no sugar (in fact you can still have some and get away with it). If one chocolate has 500 calories, you could eat a way better meal, for example a can of tuna (180grams) has around 400 calories, around 37 grams of protein and some healthy fats. That was just an example, in my opinion it's better to figure it out yourself rather than going on diets that won't make you happy, nutrition is meant to be good, not making you unhappy or too hysterical. Just an opinion though, it's your choice, I'm not saying all diets are bad, no there are definitely good diets but I think if you can't adapt your body to the diet, you're better of just trying to eat better yourself.
Welcome to the movement, I hope you reach your goals bro. I recommend watching Chris's video on nutrition on YouTube, that'll help you a lot. You could've been a bit more original on the title of your forum though. But anyway, work hard, stay dedicated, and never give up bro!!! BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE!!! BarBrothers ALL DAY EVERYDAY!!! Salute!!!
Thank you:)
I know that or wasn't creative title, but it'll still best describe best my journey :)
I wish also good luck to you Daniel!
Yeah man, I don't care about the title, I care about you! Keep it up, slowly but surely. There's no rush man, many have failed cause they rush it, don't. Keep posting bro, and be the best you can be!
I got a question for you Daniel, I've just saw some posts from your journey and can see that you trying to make max reps/sets. Do you think that it'll be best for me to level up first when I can make max reps/sets? I don't rush I just want to do my best :)
